How to be a partner

For Health Missions
Those who request for a medical, dental or surgical mission should find ways to shoulder all expenses of the mission and coordinate with the beneficiary communities. Pahinungod provides free consultations and medical services, brings the needed medical equipment to the mission, and takes care of the travel insurance of the volunteers. The partner organization should take care of the medicines, travel expenses, accommodation and food for the volunteers. To sponsor a mission, write a formal letter of request addressed to The Director. Letter should contain needed information such as the target date and place, estimate number of patients, usual medical complaints or diseases prevalent in the community, a brief community profile, and contact person and number. Fill up the Health Missions Request Form and coordinate with the Program Coordinator from time to time.

For Program for the Street Children
A Social Institution may become a Pahinungod partner if it is willing to participate in the activities that the Program has prepared. Pahinungod conducts value-forming activities in the form of musical plays, cultural presentations, training-workshops, and other creative activities. The street children usually directly benefit from the activities and not the very institutions that house them. The institution should work closely with Pahinungod in order to ensure that the objectives of the program are met.

For other activities
Simply write a letter of intent addressed to The Director. Specify the service or kind of assistance you can provide to support the activity.
